Welcome to “The Band” workout!










The 2 things I like most about the band workout are firstly, how convenient and quick it is. You can do this quick workout anywhere, but I especially enjoy doing it in front of the TV watching my favorite program.  I find it very similar to the training sessions I would do at the gym, using almost identical movement, but instead of having no resistance through some of the movement as seen with free weights, the band gives me resistance throughout the whole range of movement, targeting my entire muscle better.  That leads me into my 2nd favorite thing about the bands, how effective they are.  The constant resistance combined with proper form and control, really isolates muscles and stimulates their growth.

That’s two 15 minute workouts per week!! These are the same exercises that were done at the demo class, so you can review them anytime you like!
