Whether via office or online consultation, clients have access to all information, resources, health and fitness stats, and more via a personal and secure online web portal. The personal web page is a great tool and is ONLY accessible by the individual client and myself, with various forms of information being able to be shared between dietitian and client. In addition to dietitian provided information, clients are able to add either directly on the page or conveniently via your web page's unique email address, pictures of meals eaten, fitness device info, laboratory data (cholesterol and such), questions about products, progress photos and much more. Web pages can be easily accessed on any internet enabled device and can be set up as app-like links on iPads, tablets and smart phones. Web pages are updated with relevant info and resources after every consult.

No food or alcohol restrictions, moderate exercise and a treat meal per week for those social occasions that come up. Very flexible plan for life!
Very flexible and includes all foods and alcoholic beverages and a weekly treat meal with moderate exercise. People doing this plan generally find themselves very satisfied and eating more, as well as more often, than expected. This plan promotes weight loss through healthy eating techniques to maximise metabolism and a feeling of fullness, resulting in an average loss of 1-3 lbs per week. Also includes a very satisfying maintenance plan once weight is lost.
Plan #2 - Perfect Protein Plan
Protein based style eating plan for quicker weight loss.
For those who wish to follow a more strict protein based diet. This plan allows for an "protein" style diet, but without the need to purchase expensive pre-packaged processed foods AND includes up to 2 of your favourite Carb foods a day, ability to have alcoholic drinks and can include exercise and training, but not necessary for results. This plan includes many simple recipes to mix and match to add considerable variety and flavor to your meals as well as lots of eating-out options. This plan is an average weight losses of 2-5 lbs per week. Some supplements are required for this plan.
